4. Limitation of Liability

If you believe our analysis has incorrectly flagged your legitimate listing, please contact us for review.

7. Data Collection

FraudBlok collects minimal data:

Listing URLs and content for analysis (not stored permanently)
Usage statistics (scan count)
No personal user data or tracking

8. Third-Party Services

FraudBlok uses third-party AI services (Google Gemini API) for analysis. These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the service at any time
Update analysis algorithms
Change pricing or free tier limits

10. Refund Policy

Premium subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. If you're unsatisfied, please cancel before the next billing cycle.
