Data We Collect

FraudBlok collects minimal data:

• Listing URLs and Content: When you analyze a listing, we send the listing title, description, and price to our AI API for analysis. This data is NOT stored permanently.
• Scan Count: Stored locally in your browser to track free tier usage (5 scans/month).
• Premium Status: If you upgrade, we store your premium status locally.

Data We DO NOT Collect

• ❌ Personal information (name, email, address)
• ❌ Browsing history
• ❌ Tracking cookies
• ❌ Analytics or telemetry
• ❌ Your search queries

Third-Party Services

We use:

• Google Gemini API: For AI analysis. Subject to Google's Terms.
• Stripe: For payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage

All data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. We do not have a backend database storing your information.

Data Retention

Listing content sent to our API is processed in real-time and not retained. Your scan count resets monthly.

Your Rights

You can:

• Clear extension data anytime (uninstall or clear browser storage)
• Request deletion of any data (email contact@mindscopeai.net)

• Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - We process listing data to provide fraud detection services
